Cellino & Barnes -- Helping Our Community

(Vocus) February 13, 2008 -- In the last four years, the Cellino & Barnes scholarship programs have awarded over $500,000 in college and classroom scholarships to youth throughout Western New York.

"We are committed to helping our community," states Ross Cellino. "It is our goal to help build a strong educational foundation for their future."

The 2008 Cellino & Barnes College Scholarship Program is underway and high school seniors may apply online at Cellino & Barnes College Scholarship Program (http://www.cellinoandbarnes.com/CollegeScholarship.aspx).

Recently, attorneys and staff volunteered at a local community shelter for women and children. The members of Cellino & Barnes provided the families an escape from their normal difficult lives. There was Christmas caroling, cookie decorating, coloring and presents from Santa. "This experience has a special place in my heart" stated attorney Ross Cellino. "Seeing the excitement on the kids faces when they saw Santa was priceless. I was honored to be part of this event."
